In a change there are two fundamentals to be considered

On one hand the challenge is how to design the company in a flexible, effective, professional and reliable fashion that is in line with your product and the market. This requires that the right people are doing the right jobs, that there are workable workflows in place and not in the least that within and amongst the teams exists effective collaborations. In other words making sure for the correct division of labour and power.

On the other hand the organisation is a micro society with its own dynamics and culture. Always in motion. Equally important as the rational design of this society is the making sure that employees are or they get in motion pursuing the same goals.

It takes some effort to make the culture in the organisation tangible and manageable. With a variety of interventions the employees will be helped to become self-aware and aware of their surroundings. Once this has been accomplished it is fundamental to empower every individual, meaning that they are being facilitated in order to be able to participate, and to be own-powered, meaning that they are equipped sufficiently to be willing to participate and get into action. This thorough approach will enhance the readiness to change of the entire organisation and thus creating an enduring growth
